Dani Owner, Manager, Therapist
Dani has been in the Beauty industry for over 20 years and recognised her passion from a very young age.
With multiple awards behind her, Dani has been able to use her extensive knowledge and experience to pass onto her Sparkle family, we truly believe we are the best of the best.
Dani began her career working as a Saturday therapist in a prestigious spa in Essex, whilst finishing her studies at college. This is where Dani gained nine years experience starting as a part-time therapist, working her way up to Head therapist, managing over 25 staff members. Dani then met the love of her life, her now husband and decided to move closer to him in Surrey. This is where her Sparkle with Beauty baby was born. Dani decided to start up her very own business and named it Sparkle with Beauty back in 2007. Sparkle with Beauty was based in Ashford/Sunbury. Her business and reputation grew rapidly and was pretty much known from all over as the brow queen. Clients would travel as far as Norfolk just to have the opportunity to have Dani perform her HD Brow magic on them. As amazing as this was, Dani was just too busy to carry on by herself, which is when she decided to turn her dream into a reality and open her very own salon, expanding Sparkle with Beauty. On the 1st April 2015 Dani was handed the keys to her very own salon. After lots of sweat and tears, we opened our doors on the 29th August 2015 and this is where our award winning salon journey began.
Dani prides her business on giving all of her staff the highest standard of training possible. She has the bubbliest personality, combined with such a caring nature. Dani has the largest following of clients, lots being her very first clients when Sparkle with Beauty was born. Over ten years later they are still with her and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Dani aka 'The Brow Queen' area of expertise in HD Brows and has become a HD Brow Master Stylist. This has allowed her to gain the knowledge of the most current techniques and products used in this field. She is now extremely excited to be able to take her skills onto film and television sets and fashion shows where she will be working along side the very best in the industry!
Starting a s HD Brows stylist back in 2008 growing to become a HD Brows master Stylist , and even being trained 1 on 1 with the founder of HD Brows, Nilam Patel. Dani has worked her magic on many celebrity clients, but if you ask her, she will definitely not tell you who. Discretion is her middle name. Dani is also a fully qualified Permanent make-up artist. She completed her training with the prestigious Nouveau Contour and K B Pro who are the best permanent make-up company in the country. She is very much a perfectionist, always putting her clients at ease. Dani will never offer any treatments unless she and her clients are 100% happy and confident in the finished result. She is also like a magpie, as she is attracted to anything that sparkles. Hence the name of the salon. Dani owns the famous salon pooch, Holly.
Keira, Senior Therapist
I am a senior beauty therapist with a specialisation in waxing and laser treatments. With years of experience under my belt, I like making my clients feel at ease and comfortable during their sessions.
She has a warm and inviting personality, always ready with a laugh and a comforting chat to put my clients at ease. Her expertise in waxing and laser treatments is unmatched, and her clients trust her skills and knowledge to deliver the best results. Keira's passion for her work shines through in every treatment she performs, and her clients leave feeling not only beautiful but also relaxed and rejuvenated.
Georgia, Senior Therapist
"I started my Beauty Career at 19 doing an apprenticeship in Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy and since qualifying have been lucky enough to do lots of other training in different treatments and skincare brands.
My favourite treatments are Manicures, Pedicures and Facials, but my favourite part of the job is getting to build longterm relationships with my clients and colleagues, some of my closest friends are people I have met through my job!
I started at Sparkle in January 2023. I immediately fell in love with all the girls here and have built up a lovely group of clients I now see regularly. I’m so lucky to be able to say that I love my job and enjoy coming to work!

Since joining us Georgia has gained her qualifications in LVL, ELEMIS face and Body Treatments, Lycon waxing, HD Brows, THE GEL BOTTLE, BIAB, Footlogix medical pedicures. We are so proud of Georgia. She has worked so hard in gaining all of these qualifications in such a short space of time. She puts her all into every single trainig course and makes learning new skills so easy. We love that Georgia is always so eager to learn new skills and im sure there will be plenty more treatments to add to her growing list very soon.
Georgia loves making her clients feel welcome and will go above and beyond to make sure every single one her her clients receive the most exceptional treatment and leaves with a huge smile.

"​I started working at Sparkle With Beauty in December of 2020 where I came straight from my level 2 beauty course. I then went onto doing an apprenticeship at Omni academy where I achieved and passed my level 3 while working in the salon. Working along with going to collage has expanded my knowledge and confidence as a young therapist. Along with working and doing my collage course I have also been on many other courses through my time at the salon, which has helped to further my understanding and knowledge on the treatments I do everyday. The girls in the team as well have had such a positive impact on me, through helping me with courses and work, to troubles I’ve faced and bringing out my confidence."

Lauren became part of the Sparkle family at the end of 2020. She first started on a work experience placement, but we could just tell she was a star therapist in the making, so we offered her a position as a Saturday Assistant and a place as an apprentice here in the salon while she completes her Level 3 qualification.
Lauren completed her Level 2 in Beauty Therapy which means she is qualified in manicures , pedicures, waxing, facials and certain eye treatments and with the advantage of working in a salon while studying, we have been able to train her the Sparkle way and have taught her all of our tips and tricks. Lauren decided she wanted to continue learning her level 3 beauty qualification with us as an apprentice. Lauren has worked so hard and we are extremely proud that Lauren has now gained her level 3 qualification. Lauren has a huge passion for beauty and is a very fast and enthusiastic learner. Lauren has also gained extra qualification whilst working with us in Lycon intimate waxing, Shellac nails, the GEL BOTTLE, BIAB, footlogix medical pedicures and Elemis face and body treatments. We can also now add to the list that Lauren has gained her level 4 qualification after studying and passing her Million Dollar facial course which includes micro needling, derma planning and medical grade skin peels. Laurens most recent course she attended was HD Brows and are so pleased to announce she passed with flying colours! Lauren loves learning new skills and her list of treatments just keeps growing. Since joining us back in 2020 Lauren has grown into such a perfect therapist, with a huge loyal client base. " I joined the sparkle family in April 2021, I started off at Sparkle very shy and anxious as we had just come out of lockdown, but the further Into my apprenticeship i grew more and m ore confident, which helped me not only in the salon but also in my personal life. Whilst working at sparkle I did an apprenticeship with Omni Academy which I have now completed. I loved being able to work alongside my studying at college as I found I picked up more tips and tricks and learned more techniques that I could then use to improve my skills at college. Alongside studying and working at Sparkle I completed my Elemis facials and massage training. The girls at sparkle have had a massive impact on my time at Sparkle and made it so easy for me always willing to help with studying and helping me practice my treatments and training."

Challace became part of the Sparkle family in April 2021. Challace has already gained so much experience working within the salon and has gained her Elemis facial qualification 6 months ago. We have spent the last year training Challace the Sparkle way to ensure she can give you the most amazing experience with high end results. She has shown so much determination to master her skills and she is now raring and ready to go!

We are also so proud to announce that Challace was awarded 3rd place in the prestigious uk hair and beauty awards 2023 for best apprentice in the south east. This is such a huge achievement and we cant tell you how proud we are of Challace. Im sure you will all agree she truly is an amazing therapist

Cara, Trainee Therapist
As we are a super busy salon, we are extremely fortunate to have our harding working and highly important Apprentices. All of our apprentices are enrolled at Omni Academy. As well as managing laundry, helping the therapists, manning reception, sanitising equipment and maintaining the presentation of the salon, most importantly quenching your thirst with either latte or a glass of bubbles, as well as providing an excellent service to all of our clients.

We invest alot of time, love and care into our apprentices, ensuring we train them to the highest of standards alongside their training at Omni academy.
