Dani Owner, Manager, Therapist
Dani has been in the Beauty industry for over 25 years and recognised her passion from a very young age.
With multiple awards behind her, Dani has been able to use her extensive knowledge and experience to pass onto her Sparkle family, we truly believe we are the best of the best.
Dani began her career working as a Saturday therapist in a prestigious spa in Essex, whilst finishing her studies at college. This is where Dani gained nine years experience starting as a part-time therapist, working her way up to Head therapist, managing over 25 staff members. Dani then met the love of her life, her now husband and decided to move closer to him in Surrey. This is where her Sparkle with Beauty baby was born. Dani decided to start up her very own business and named it Sparkle with Beauty back in 2007. Sparkle with Beauty was based in Ashford/Sunbury. Her business and reputation grew rapidly and was pretty much known from all over as the brow queen. Clients would travel as far as Norfolk just to have the opportunity to have Dani perform her HD Brow magic on them. As amazing as this was, Dani was just too busy to carry on by herself, which is when she decided to turn her dream into a reality and open her very own salon, expanding Sparkle with Beauty. On the 1st April 2015 Dani was handed the keys to her very own salon. After lots of sweat and tears, we opened our doors on the 29th August 2015 and this is where our award winning salon journey began.
Dani prides her business on giving all of her staff the highest standard of training possible. She has the bubbliest personality, combined with such a caring nature. Dani has the largest following of clients, lots being her very first clients when Sparkle with Beauty was born. Over ten years later they are still with her and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Dani aka 'The Brow Queen' area of expertise in HD Brows and has become a HD Brow Master Stylist. This has allowed her to gain the knowledge of the most current techniques and products used in this field. She is now extremely excited to be able to take her skills onto film and television sets and fashion shows where she will be working along side the very best in the industry!
Starting a s HD Brows stylist back in 2008 growing to become a HD Brows master Stylist , and even being trained 1 on 1 with the founder of HD Brows, Nilam Patel. Dani has worked her magic on many celebrity clients, but if you ask her, she will definitely not tell you who. Discretion is her middle name. Dani is also a fully qualified Permanent make-up artist. She completed her training with the prestigious Nouveau Contour and K B Pro who are the best permanent make-up company in the country. She is very much a perfectionist, always putting her clients at ease. Dani will never offer any treatments unless she and her clients are 100% happy and confident in the finished result. She is also like a magpie, as she is attracted to anything that sparkles. Hence the name of the salon. Dani owns the famous salon pooch, Holly.

Beth joined the Sparkle family as a Senior Beauty Therapist in March 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience, confidence, and advanced expertise. From day one, Beth has been an invaluable part of our team, delivering high-level treatments with professionalism, precision, and genuine care.
Beth is highly skilled in a wide range of advanced treatments, including HIFU, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and more. Her in-depth knowledge and experience allow her to tailor treatments to each client’s individual needs, ensuring exceptional results and expert guidance every step of the way.

Lola studies tirelessly to master our most advanced treatments, ensuring every client receives expert advice, outstanding results, and a truly personalised experience. She is a fountain of knowledge and is always keen to continue learning, so she can offer the very best in modern, results-driven treatments.
Her extensive skill set includes advanced treatments such as HIFU, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, and much more, alongside Elemis facials, Million Dollar facials, deep tissue and hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, LVL lashes, and BIAB nails. Whatever the treatment, Lola delivers it with precision, care, and confidence.
Alongside her technical expertise, Lola brings warmth, friendliness, and positivity to every appointment. She has a natural ability to put clients at ease, making every visit relaxing and enjoyable. My passion for beauty started with a particular interest developing during my secondary school years when I began doing my own nails. What started as a hobby soon became a genuine passion, especially for nail art. As a beauty therapist, I specialise in creating detailed and creative nail designs, combining skill, creativity, and care to deliver high-quality results. Nail art is where my creativity truly comes to life, and I take pride in making every set unique. I truly enjoy all the treatments we do at sparkle as we have a wide range and I am extremely passionate about my work and strive to give each and every client an unforgettable experience with us. Meet Amber – Our Beauty Therapist
Amber joined the Sparkle family in December 2025, and from the moment we met her, we knew she was something special. Although Amber is currently part of our apprentice scheme, she already brings with her over two years of hands-on experience as a beauty therapist.
Together, we made the decision to support Amber in gaining an even higher qualification to further advance her skills and confidence. She is now enrolled with Omni, where she is continuing her professional development and expanding her already impressive knowledge. Her commitment to learning and growth truly reflects her passion for the beauty industry.
Amber is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a real talent for facials, delivering treatments with care, precision, and a calming touch that clients instantly love. She also excels in nails and waxing, which are among her favourite treatments to perform. As she continues her journey with us, Amber is excited to broaden her skill set across all the amazing treatments we offer at Sparkle.

As we are a super busy salon, we are extremely fortunate to have our harding working and highly important Apprentices. All of our apprentices are enrolled at Omni Academy. As well as managing laundry, helping the therapists, manning reception, sanitising equipment and maintaining the presentation of the salon, most importantly quenching your thirst with either latte or a glass of bubbles, as well as providing an excellent service to all of our clients.

We invest alot of time, love and care into our apprentices, ensuring we train them to the highest of standards alongside their training at Omni academy.
